A Bulgari ring is recognisable by its construction. The B.zero1 takes its spiral from the Colosseum and bears the double engraved logo on both sides : the sharpness of this stamping is the first indication of authenticity, and the first sign of excessive repolishing when it begins to fade. The Serpenti, meanwhile, coils around the finger and is assessed by the regularity of its scales.
Each ring is authenticated before being offered for sale : hallmarks, signature, serial number, size engraving, setting inspection and condition check of the ceramic inserts. Certificate of authenticity provided.

Bulgari made extensive use of black and white ceramic in its rings. It hardly scratches, which keeps it attractive for a long time, but it chips on the edges in the event of impact and cannot be repaired. A B.zero1 with a ceramic insert must therefore be examined edge by edge, under magnification. By contrast, an all-gold model can accommodate light repolishing and is easier to resize.
All-gold models can, to a certain extent and in the workshop. Versions with a ceramic insert cannot. We state the size on each product page and tell you immediately whether an adjustment is possible.
It becomes less distinct with successive polishing. A stamping that is still deep is a good sign : this is one of the points we check before buying a piece.
Yes, through direct purchase or consignment. Photos of the ring, its signature and its inner engraving are sufficient for an initial valuation.
