Refund and Return Policy

The watches, jewellery and bags sold by Francine Joaillerie are pre-owned pieces. This page summarises articles 7, 8 and 9 of our general terms and conditions of sale, which are authoritative.

Returning a product within 14 days

You have 14 days from receipt to return a product that does not suit you. This period does not apply to a reservation with in-store collection.

• The product is sent back to Francine Joaillerie, 17, quai Gabriel Péri, 83990 Saint-Tropez.
• It is returned in its original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions), in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
• It is sent back by the same carrier and under the same guarantee conditions as for the original shipment.
• Return costs are at your expense.

An item returned incomplete, marred, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.

Refund

Francine Joaillerie refunds the sums paid no later than 14 days following the date on which it is informed of your decision to withdraw. This refund may be deferred until the product has been recovered, or until you have supplied proof of its dispatch, whichever is the earlier.

The refund is made using the same means of payment as the purchase. With your agreement, another means of payment may be used, at no additional cost to you. No cash-on-delivery shipment is accepted.

A credit note, when issued, is valid for a maximum of 6 months.

Defective or non-conforming product

If a product is defective or does not match your order, report it in writing and in detail within the fourteen working days following delivery, then send it back. Francine Joaillerie will, at your choice, exchange the product or issue a credit note.

The shipping costs are then refunded to you on the basis of the rate invoiced. Return costs are refunded to French residents only (excluding French overseas departments and territories). These provisions do not deprive you of the right of withdrawal, nor of the legal guarantee, in particular the guarantee against hidden defects.
