Dior fine jewellery was born in 1998, when Victoire de Castellane joined the house and gave it a tone that Place Vendôme did not have: bold colours, humour, narrative shapes. She draws on the codes of Christian Dior himself, who was superstitious and attached to the flowers of his garden in Granville, the rose above all.
